Stan goes to Atlantic City for a bachelor party, of an old college friend, and Roger follows in his suitcase. Stan’s friend actually did not want Stan to come, leaving Stan and Roger to spend time together. After sneaking into the hotel’s hot tub, a drunk Stan agrees to a sex-like probing ritual performed by best friends on Roger’s planet to share memories.
Embarrassed, Stan refuses to bring up the event and hides it from Francine, much to Roger’s dismay. Francine, while trying to find out exactly what they did in Atlantic City, is accidentally run over by Stan while he was arguing with Roger in the car, and she can only be saved by a $178,000 operation. With Roger knowing all of Stan’s secrets, the two compete on Best Buddiez!, a game show to win $200,000, but they lose because Stan knows nothing about Roger (the probing only gave memories to Roger because he was the only alien). Instead, Roger simply probes the doctor in order to learn how to do the operation himself. Though Francine ends up with much lower brain functions in the end, she returns to normal by the next episode.
